Strategic Management (SM) is a small, veteran-owned consulting firm that provides high-quality, innovative and timely services to the public sector.  SM offers a variety of services including audit, evaluation, regulatory analysis, strategic planning, performance measurement, training, and other consultative services.  Since 1992, SM has worked with various federal, state and local agencies including the Departments of Health and Human Services, Agriculture, Defense, Veterans Administration; the Office of Personnel Management; the United States Capital Police; the State of Arkansas; and others.
