Camella Boateng is a compliance consultant who assists clients in on site risk assessment analysis, compliance program reviews, policy development, data mining and statistical analysis of health care claims. She conducts regulatory research and data analysis for a number of healthcare organizations including hospitals, managed care markets, and pharmaceutical companies. In her current role, Ms. Boateng provides research support in a variety of areas which include federal health care programs (e.g. Medicare and Medicaid), healthcare laws and regulations (e.g. Anti-kickback Statute, Stark Law, Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, Medicaid Best Price Law, and State Reporting Requirements of Physician Payments), and federal and industry guidelines (e.g. Office of Inspector General Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, i.e. PhaRMA Code).

PREVIOUS WORK

Prior to joining Strategic Management, Ms. Boateng worked as a research analyst for Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals. As an analyst, she assisted and provided research support for risk management plans, epidemiological studies, and FDA regulatory compliance.
